Privacy Policy

Pawalty ("we", "us") turns photos of your pet into AI-generated artistic portraits at pawalty.com. This explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email — when you generate a free preview or make a purchase, so we can deliver your portraits and your access link.
The pet photo you upload — used to generate your portrait.
Payment info — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Usage & device data — basic analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (see "Advertising" below).

How we use it

To generate and deliver your portraits and access link.
To send you your purchase, your login link, and occasional product emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To operate, measure and improve the service and our ads.

Your pet photo

The photo you upload is sent to our AI image provider solely to create your portrait. We do not sell your photos or use them to train public models. You can ask us to delete your data anytime at hello@pawalty.com.

Who we share data with

Only the providers that run the service: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), our AI image provider (portrait generation), and advertising/analytics platforms (below). We don't sell your personal information.

Advertising & cookies

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and, if enabled, the TikTok Pixel to measure ad performance. These may set cookies and share limited event data (e.g. that a purchase occurred) with those platforms. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta / TikTok ad settings or via your browser.

Your rights & contact

You can request access to or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from emails, anytime by emailing hello@pawalty.com. This service is not directed at children under 13.

Terms of Service

What you get: Pawalty generates AI artwork of your pet for your personal use. Your purchased portraits are yours to download, print, and share.
Your photo: By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use that photo, and you grant us permission to process it to create your portraits.
AI results: Portraits are AI-generated and stylized. We aim for a great, recognizable result, but the exact look will vary — it's artwork inspired by your pet, not a literal photo. You can regenerate as many times as you like within your plan.
Acceptable use: Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, and don't resell access to the tool itself.
Access: Your account is tied to your email and access code — keep them safe; anyone with them can access your portraits.
"As is": The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

We want you to love your pet's portrait. If you're not happy, here's how we make it right:

First, we'll fix it. You can re-generate your portraits as many times as you like, and we'll happily try other styles until you're thrilled — just email hello@pawalty.com.
Still not satisfied? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your order. No drama.

Pawalty is a digital product delivered instantly. Refunds are honored within 14 days as described above; we may decline clearly abusive or fraudulent requests.
